InsuranceDo you accept insurance? At this time we do not accept insurance online, however, we do include an invoice with your shipment that can be used to file with your insurance company. Some insurance companies are issuing customers a Visa card with a set amount for vision benefits and we do accept this form of payment. Was this answer helpful?
